The perfect marinade makes it so you don’t have to buy the most expensive cut of meat in order to get a melt in your mouth bite filled with delicious flavor.

In fact, you can purchase the cheaper, tougher sections and as long as you use the perfect marinade and you will end up with an award winning meal.

The Marinade can make all the difference when grilling steak.

I was never a firm believer in using marinades.

I originally thought that it only added a unique flavor when grilled/cooked.

That all changed when I purchased a flank steak and used this marinade recipe. The results were a tender and delicious steak that would typically be found only at an expensive steakhouse.

Ever since, this has been the marinade of choice in our family. And yes, you can use it with the meat of your choice.
