Ham Salad Recipe

Delicious ham salad made with leftover ham and hard boiled eggs and mixed together with mayonnaise and mustard and served as a sandwich or a dip with crackers.


  • 1 1/2 cups ground cooked ham
  • 1 1/2 cups finely diced cooked ham
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
  • 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or substitute Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard


  1. In a medium bowl add ham, eggs, celery, pickle relish, and onion and stir until combined.
  2. In a small bowl add mayonnaise and mustard and mix together until combined. Pour over ham mixture and stir to coat.
  3. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.

Recipe Notes

Option – grind all the ham and serve as a dip.
