Chicken Soup Recipe

A delicious and healthy alternative to chicken noodle soup. Chicken and vegetables served in a warm broth to warm your soul. Tastes like it has slow cooked all day, but ready to eat in less than 30 minutes!


  • 3 ½ cups sliced carrots
  • 4 cups diced celery
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 quarts low sodium chicken broth


  1. Put your chicken in the bottom of the Instant Pot
  2. Add carrots, celery onion, salt, Italian seasoning and broth.
  3. Close and lock the lid. Press Manual for High pressure for 20 minutes.
  4. Once the time is up, quick release the pressure.
  5. Carefully remove the chicken breasts to a cutting board and shred with a fork. Return meat to the Instant Pot.
  6. Add additional salt and pepper to taste.
