Dijon Garlic Salmon Recipe

The absolute best baked salmon recipe with a Dijon garlic glaze. Light and flaky with amazing flavor!


  • 1 ½ lb salmon fillet wild-caught preferred
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 whole lemon


  1. Preheat the oven to 450° F.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. In a small bowl add garlic, Dijon, salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice
  4. Divide salmon into 4 equal portions and place skin side down on the lined baking sheet
  5. Brush the top and sides of each salmon piece with sauce
  6. Cut lemon into thin slices and place on top of salmon
  7. Bake at 450°F for 12-15 min or until cooked through and becomes flaky.
