Grandma’s Rhubarb Crisp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 cups rhubarb cut in 3/4 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Topping:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

  1. Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and cinnamon and put in an 11 x 7 glass baking dish.
  2. Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top of the rhubarb mixture.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
