1. 30 Minute Strawberry Jam Recipe

There is nothing better than making homemade Strawberry Jam from fresh strawberries. Unless of course it takes only 30 minutes to make!

Seriously, that is all the time that it takes to make your own jam! What makes this recipe so quick and easy is the use of a food processor.

The strawberries are washed and cored and then put into a large capacity food processor. With just a few pulses, the strawberries are broken down into small chunks.

Then the crushed strawberries are sprinkled with sugar. After they sit for 10 minutes, the juices from the berries begin to release.

Then a water and pectin mixture is poured on top. Give it a few stirs until the sugar dissolves and that is all that it takes!

Place the jam in the refrigerator or freezer and enjoy it on toast, in a sandwich or as a topping for yogurt or ice cream.
